Self Reliance and Media aspects
Media aspects have had a great impact on our daily lives; few are the ones who dislike them and refuse to use them. Since those media aspects became essential to most of us, the rest are people who are nonconformists and are also known as self-reliant people. For example, the growth of blogs allowed people to interact through posts, that can be photos and videos, and comments about any topic. They also function now as "online diaries" where people express their feelings publicly. A self-reliant individual, on the other hand, would choose to discuss a topic or express his or her feelings in different ways, such as through poems on paper, not following what the rest of the multitude does. Another example is televisions. TVs have filled up many hours of our day. Some are wasted due to series and different entertaining shows, others are for watching the news, weather forecasts, or educational channels such as National Geographic. Either way a self-reliant person would prefer gaining knowledge through more professional ways like reading books and articles, since that would strenghen his or her vocabulary, and going on research journeys and exploring the environment around him or her live for that will supply him or her with a wider and richer perspective of the society and the world.
